Chapter 25: ares roger's pov

Uncle vision freed my mind and it was overwhelming, and now we are fighting the nabour and some guys with guns. Wow this world is confusing. I extended my hands to stun one of the solders with billy and tommy by my side. I saw one of the solders shoot the gun at billy. "No!" i screamed as i pushed him out of the way and let the bullet hit me. "Ah" i said as i looked down, i coughed up some blood "bill-" i stumbled and fell to the ground. "Ares!' i heard his voice yell. I coughed again. I fell flat against the ground. I kept coughing. "Ares! Ares!" billy yelled shaking my shoulders, "mom!". "Hey, hey ary, your gonna be fine" wanda said running to my side. "Did .cough. We win .cough" i asked losing strength. "Yeah, yeah sweetheart we won, we won, the battles over, just hang on" wanda said, softly crying. "Can .cough. I sing to billy one last time" i asked weakly. "It's not gonna be the last time, your gonna be fine, just hang on for us, sweetheart hang on ok" she said, crying, stroking my hair. 🎶 Found a guy told me I was a star, he held the door held my hand in the dark, he's perfect on paper but he's lying to my face, dose he think that I'm the kinda girl who needs to be saved .cough. And there's one more boy, he's from my past

"Don't make promises...you can't keep" i said struggling for breath. "I can keep it, i can keep it! Ares, don't leave!!!" he cried. "I .gasp. Love you billy, never .gasp. Forget that .gasp." i said struggling to stay. "I love you too ary, don't leave!" he was full on sobbing now. I smiled weakly and then i was surrounded by bright lights. I saw my parents in front of our old apartment. "Mom! Dad!' i yelled as i ran to them and tackled them into a hug. "Ares" they said in unison. "Come on my little surprise lets go home" my dad said taking my hand and leading me into the apartment, as we entered i knew, i would never forget the importance of family.
