"Little girls must be spick and span, seen and not heard" aunt wanda said while fixing my hair. "Now me and your uncle think this is preposterous so when it's just us be seen and heard, but when there's company, been seen and not heard and only speak when spoken to, alright ares, oh and no powers ok, lets try to fit in" she said as she put her head down by my shoulder. "Yes aunt wanda" i responded as we went downstairs. I sat in my chair and did a cross stitch while wanda folded freshly cleaned landry. The cross stitch was of wanda and vision with me in the middle. It was a gift for vision. I've been working on it for some time now. *no you haven't* a voice hissed in my head. I got startled and dropped the cross stitch. "Ares, darling are you ok?" wanda had looked up from the lannury to check on me. "Yes aunt wanda, im fine" i said as i picked the cross stitch up and quickly finished it. -time skip- after a slightly disatours dinner with uncle visions boss and his wife, wanda was putting me to bed. "Aunt wanda, my parents are coming to get me right?" i asked. A sad look crossed her face for a second and then she smiled full brightness again. "Of course, they would never abandon you sweetheart, now those gorgeous eyes need to start sleeping" she said booping my nose. I laughed.
