Task Force mission and info: MTF Omega-141 is a Task Force consisting of Humans who have become a STAND and STAND users as well. Their missions involve dealing with various entities and anomalies but specifically also deal with Humans who have become a STAND and STAND users who have bad intentions orneed help. They areto report to a Site Director about their mission and must constantly train themselves andtake breaks in between when needed. Should they need anything a level 3 or 4 researcher must listen to their requests and mention it to a site director. The leader aka Rodeo is allowed to recruit who he wants in his team and must mention this to a Site Director and the MTF team is allowed to work with other MTF teams has well in case if the mission requires a joint operation.

(Inside a cave in the rocky mountain's of the Nevada desert , America - 9:00 PM)
[Meet the Hand]
Nikolai the one who has become the Hand sits on a rock and looks at you the reader's and says.
Nikolai: I am Nikolai Fedorov. The one who has become The Hand.
He then shows his right hand and says.
Nikolai: And this is my weapon. It is weighs as much as an average human hand but can scrape anything or anyone from existence and sending them to the other side......It doesn't cost a single dollar to use this hand..........Because I own it and can use it how I want to and whenever I want to.
Nikolai was looking around and then looked at the back of his right hand and saw a smiley face was drawn on it.
Nikolai: Oh my god. Who drew this?........Alright*takes deep breath and yells* WHO DID THIS ?! WHO DREW THIS ON MY WEAPON ?!!!!
(20 seconds later)
Nikolai: Some think this STAND that I have become could have more potential if okuyasu wasn't hindering it.*sniff* Maybe.......Maybe.....But since I have become the Hand I have already pushed this thing to it's absolute potential and due to that I can now outsmart bullets , rockets and tank shells.......But I have yet to meet the one who can outsmart my right hand. *he said with his right hand glowing intensely.*
