Chapter 12 - An Interview with Za Warudo

(Ward K , Infirmary, site-19 , America - 11:44 AM )

(Third person POV)

Green , Amelia and Emma were standing outside of ward k in the infirmary who were waiting for Rodeo to come out of the ward since he was being checked by a psychiatrist.

Emma: I know this isn't the right moment but...

Amelia: Go ahead.

Emma: *sigh* I wish to conduct an interview with Za warudo and I was wondering if you would like to join me , Dr. Buck...........along with Rodeo.

Amelia: And why do you need Rodeo as well in the interview?

Emma: Rodeo is also STAND and I think he should also know the truth regarding why Za warudo was in that forest and how he was able to find both you and Rodeo.

Amelia: May I remind you that boy is going through trauma right now , Site Director Emma. *she said with a glare.*

Emma: I know, Dr.Buck. If Rodeo is ready to join the interview then he can come. No one is forcing him. Meet me at 2 pm in the interrogation room in the third floor......and I hope he gets better soon. See you later.

Then Emma starts walking down the hallway.

Green: Well , I'm impressed.

Amelia: Impressed by what?

Green: Being a friend to the kid.

Amelia: He was feeling  hurt , Agent Green. I was just there to help him. That's all.

Green: You were smiling.

Amelia: It was just to reassure him and calm him down.

Green: You really do care for him, don't you ?

Amelia:.......He's different, Green. He's kind , caring and gentle and is ready to put his life on the line for friends and now look at him. A shattered mind. *she said looking down. *

Green: He....needs time to heal. And also as long as we're there for him , he won't have to face most of his problems alone.

Amelia: Yes , Agent Green.

The ward door opens and the psychiatrist comes out and then Amelia asks.

Amelia: Is he alright, doctor?

Psychiatrist: *sigh* He's alright for now.....but he's gonna need some time to heal. Since we know how PTSD can cause harm , it's best if you don't talk about the forest or anything related to that. Otherwise it might trigger the flashbacks in his head......and best keep an eye on him if he does anything.

Amelia: We will. Thank you , doctor.

The psychiatrist nods and then went back into the ward. Few minutes later Rodeo came out of the ward and then looks at both of them and says.

Rodeo: How's it going?

Green: We're fine kid. How about you?

Rodeo: *sigh* I don't know. I just feel gloomy.

Amelia: You'll be fine , Rodeo. Things like these take some time to go away.

Rodeo: Yeah , but how long should I endure it ? Days? Months? Years ?.....I don't even know whether it will go away at all.

Amelia then holds his right hand between her palms and then says.

Amelia: It will go away , Rodeo. Believe me. *she said in a reassuring tone.*
