{Isaac's Pov}

I wake up to my phone ringing.
"Where the heck are you?" Someone yells and I know it's Brandon.
"Well, good morning to you too," I say cranky.
"Look at the clock, genius," he says and hangs up.
I look and it says 4:30.
I'm late!
I jump out of bed and see Sage isn't here. She's probably already downstairs.
Why didn't she wake me up? Is she mad at me? Was last night awful? Am I a bad kisser or something? Even if I am, she wouldn't do something to affect the mission.
I put on my mission suit under my clothes and run to the elevator.
When I get down there, everyone is waiting for me.
"Finally!" Morgan says, "Where's Sage?"
"I don't know. I thought she was with you!" I say.
"Be quiet! I'm trying to call her," Clara yells at us.
We can't hear her, but she keeps mumbling into the phone.
"Well?" Garrick asks.
"She's at the beach, but said she texted Isaac," she says glaring at me accusingly.
I check my phone... Five new messages from Sage.

S: Hey going to beach didn't want to wake u
S: I'll meet u at place
S: hey it's time 4 u 2 wake up
S: Izzy get up!
S: ok fine see u there

Oh...
"She says she'll meet us there," I say sheepishly.
"Thanks for the update," Brandon says annoyed.
How did I not wake up?
Ok, that bed is really nice and I was exhausted.
Morgan and Garrick get a cab and Clara, Brandon, and I get another.
I'm kind of the third wheel.
Thanks a lot Sage...
When we get there, Sage is no where to be seen.
Then, an acorn hits my back.
"Took you guys long enough," Sage says when I turn around.
I don't know why, but she is in a tree.
"Thanks for waking me up!" I sat sarcastically.
"I tried, but you must really like that bed," she says annoyed.
Before I can respond, Morgan comes over and says, "The building is heavily guarded, but we can take them."
"You and Garrick take out the cameras. Brandon and Clara take care of the guards. Izzy and I will get the flash drive," Sage says as I glare at her.
I thought she said she wouldn't call me that anymore.
"Good plan, Sagey!" I say as she clenches her fists, "Guys head out."
Morgan and Garrick leave first and the rest of us put on our comm units.
"Summer, you're clear," Sage says through the comm unit.
"Spring, you're a go," Morgan says and Clara and Brandon leave.
Soon they reply, "Go kick some butt, Snowflake."
Those are some strange code words.
"That's our cue," Sage says and we start walking.
I start to pick her up, but she shakes her head.
I fly up and she flips up. I still don't know how she can do that.
Let's go...

~Sage's Pov~

When I left the room, Isaac was still asleep.
I tried to wake him up, but he's a very heavy sleeper.
I was tempted to draw on his face, but decided against it, because he was so sweet last night, even if it was only Jeremy and Scarlett. I really like that name. Maybe I can use it on future missions.
So I just left without him.
Now I'm at the beach.
Not many people are here and it's really peaceful. I miss just relaxing and reading.
Now, I have to buy food, do homework, look after Clara and Morgan, the guys, and so many other things for the agency.
I never really got a normal life, but sometimes I'm thankful for that.
Clara, Morgan, and I are like sisters and the people at the agency are family.
Too soon, it's time to meet up with them.
I text Isaac and tell him to wake up but he doesn't respond. It's his own fault then.
When I get there, I climb up in a tree.
I think better in them.
I have no idea why, but it's peaceful.
Finally, they arrive.
Morgan and Garrick go in first. Then Clara and Brandon.
Isaac looks at me strange when I say the code words.
I just shake my head.
Then, it's our turn.
Isaac tries to pick me up, but I decline and flip up.
I open the vent and he slides in.
I do too and he catches me at the bottom.
I quickly get down and scout the way there. How do we always end up like this?

{Isaac's Pov}

We get to a turn and see the end.
She opens it and looks around. When she thinks it's safe, she drops down and I follow.
There is a desk with a computer
She sits in a chair behind the desk.
I walk around and see a collection of trinkets.
There are little gems: a couple green, two yellow, and three red. The last is the biggest. It has a gold lining with a pure blue gem in the middle. I can't seem to get it off my mind. Why do I want to touch it so badly? Maybe it's a trap, but I can't help it.
️Sage isn't looking, so I reach out and touch it. I don't know why, but I don't feel in control of my hand.
Sage sees me touch it and goes pale.
"Oh my frostbite! It's an Asgardian Crystal!" She gasps, "We need to get out of here now!"
What is an Asgardian Crystal? She grabs the flash drive as an alarm goes off.
I'm still standing here, not knowing what's going on.
Someone tries to open the door. Sage grabs my hand, but I'm still in a daze.
Suddenly, the door bursts open. There are three henchmen.
I see Sage fighting. I feel a pain in my neck and everything goes pitch
black.
