TROST HIGH, LA

walking into Dr. Nanaba's office you set your bag down next to you on the couch. your name was called today since they couldn't do every single senior all in one day

"so, we don't really need an introduction here, we can't just get straight to the point. what are your plans?" she said, typing on her desktop as you sat down. you looked around her office at all the harry potter and parks and recreation decorations around the room.

"i got into an art school in new york...so i'll be doing that."

"are you confident in your plans?"

no

"...yea..."

"really? you sure don't sound like it." she chuckled, giving you a side eye before moving her eyes back to the screen

"i promise i am."

the art school was good for you since art was one of your main interests. everyone around you knew your work was good but you weren't that confident in your skills. a bigger worry of yours was that you couldn't find a job with a hobby.

"mmh, if you say so. alrighty then, you're excused ms. l/n."

"thank you." you stood up and headed out the office and back to your p.e class with coach rico (🤤)

THE GYM, 10:11 AM

you walked towards the bleachers where jean, sasha, and mikasa sat. you guys shared this class with a few underclassmen but rico took it easy on the seniors since the 104th were her favorites.

"soo who's the girl?" you overhead mikasa ask sasha. you sat next to jean and turned around to face your friends

"she doesn't go here so it doesn't even matter." your friend blushed

"that's bull, you're literally blushing." jean poked at his friend's cheek.

"STOP!" she hid her face "it's fine."

"what happened to sasha?" you asked

"remember at the party sasha said she met a girl, well now she won't tell us who it is." mikasa got you caught up

"oh yeah, you said you'd tell me."

"....well i changed my mind!" sasha said

"ugh fine." you rolled your eyes

mikasa seemed to be her normal self again today, which was a good sign.

"how have things been at home, since we stopped talking to you know who." you asked

"weird, i haven't stopped talking to him cause i'm not involved but it just doesn't feel the same anymore i guess." jean said

"still pretty mad at him." mikasa said "i'm not letting that shit go."

"that's what you get for sneaking out, mikasa." jean teased
