Now let's start with the update..

'Are you sure doctor?' Preeti asked the therapist, Pooja Batra and she nods. She made it her duty to visit the clinic, as she was very disturbed about her nightmare from last two nights. 

She had seen Sameer and Ranjana going in the clinic, two day's back. At first seeing him she was shocked, more so as he was suppose to be in London, not Mumbai. She had tried to hear in the conversation,but got to hear only some bits of it. From that, she was able to make out many things and had felt pity on him. But the one thing she was confused about was Ranjana and her mind kept revolving around one thing, why her?

But she was horrified when she got two weird dreams in a passage of two day's. She had seen spending beautiful romantic moments with her husband and when they are about to kiss, she realises it's not her husband Pandit, but Sameer.

At first she had brushed that thought off her head, but the next day the same dream took hold of her mind. She was terrified when her conscience daunted her with a question, 'WHY DID SAMEER TURN TO RANJANA? IS IT BECAUSE I AM MARRIED? WELL, I CAN REMEDY THAT!'

She couldn't even face Pandit at the break-fast table and came immediately to see the doctor. She doesn't want to cheat on him, especially when she is expecting.

She asks the doctor to share with her the whole case, but the doctor refuses and instead explains her, 'First of all, even if you are related I can't betray my client and give you all the details. If you want, you can ask him directly. Secondly, I don't believe you have any underlying  feelings for your brother-in-law. It's just that you care for your sister and that's why the dreams. And you haven't cheated your husband in anyway! Thirdly, you are having anxiety which is not good for you and your unborn child, so I am giving you anxiety pills, which you need to take two times a day!'

Satisfied with her reply, she eventually leaves her clinic.
