"Anna are you okay." Dorcas asks, coming up from behind her, in her hands was a large book and her wand.
Anna was seated on the front of the fireplace in the dorm room. She had her knees pressed up against her chest. Her face was warm from the flickering fireplace.
"Remus just asked me out." Anna mumbles
Dorcas gasps and she moves over to Anna. "What did you say." Dorcas asks
"I said nothing, he left right afterwards." Anna says "what why." Dorcas asks
"He wanted me to think about it....but what am going to say, I like him, I do, but I'm not in the right place to give someone all of me. Remus deserves someone who is ready to fall in love, but I'm not there yet." Anna says
"Anna....." Dorcas whispers

Years ago.
Anna giggles as she braids a disgruntled Toms hair. "Oh quite pouting love, you look adorable." Anna coos
Tom blushes.
"Don't call me that Belle." Tom says "what adorable, because you are." Anna whispers into Tom's ear.
Tom growls softly and he grabs Anna from over his shoulder and he drags her into his lap.
Anna squeals as Tom tickles her sides.
Tom chuckles and he stares down at Anna. "So beautiful." Tom coos, leaning down and capturing Anna's lips into a searing kiss.
Anna pulls back and she stares up at Tom. "Why are you so amazing." Anna whispers
Tom smiles. "Because I have you, you make me a better person." Tom says "no, it's all you." Anna whispers
Tom chuckles. "The others would disagree." Tom says "okay yes your a bit of an asshole but deep down, your my Tom." Anna says playfully
Tom smirks and he gently caresses her neck, flexing his hand over it, lifting an eyebrow.
"Okay, no, we're not having sex while the girls are a few feet from us." Anna says
Tom chuckles. "You weren't complaining last night." Tom teases
Anna flushes.

Present.
"If I start dating Remus, then it feels like I'm betraying....Tom." Anna says
"Your not Anna, your moving on and that's okay." Dorcas says "I really do want to move on Dorcas." Anna says
"You know you do.....I always thought you and Sirius would end up as a couple." Dorcas says
Anna's freezes completely, her hands stilling when she comes to a sudden realization. "What!" Anna whisper yells, her head snapping up.
Dorcas's eyes widen. "What? What did I do?" Dorcas asks "I'm already over thinking things and now i have to consider my possible feelings for Sirius! I mean, I fucking forgot. Way to go Dorcas!" Anna whines
"You have feelings for slut it out Black?!" Dorcas asks, amused and pleased with herself.
Anna groans. "What the hell is my life." Anna whispers
"You guys are cute, I mean there is so much chemistry between you two." Dorcas says
"I like Remus but I have feelings for Sirius. I can't lose either of them because I couldn't decide if I'm ready or not." Anna says
"Just go on the date with Remus, and see how it feels." Dorcas says "see how it feels?" Anna mumbles
Dorcas nods. "Just see how it feels Anna." Dorcas insures
Anna sighs.

In the courtyard.
Anna spots Remus reading under a tree, she takes a deep breath, walking up to him.
Anna clears her throat. Remus looks up and he smiles hesitantly up at Anna, his heart picks up in speed.
Anna moves and she sits down. "Hey." Anna whispers
"Hey Anna." Remus says
They sit there in silence, before Anna clears her throat. "One date." Anna says
Remus's head jerks up in surprise and his lips spread in a wide smile. "Really." Remus asks
Anna giggles and she nods. "Yeah, one date." Anna says
The two silent in comfortable silence. Remus was slowly inching his hand towards Anna's.
Anna looks down and she hides a small smile and she gently takes his hand.
Remus meets her eyes and he pulls her into him, pressing her back into his chest.
Anna cuddles further into his arms.
....
"Okay I said yes and it felt good." Anna says
Dorcas cheers, grabbing Anna's arms and she jumps up and down. "Okay when's the date." Dorcas asks
"Halloween." Anna says
"Awe, so your going together to the Halloween dance." Dorcas says "yeah so I need to find out who has my name for the surprise costume, because I want to look cute." Anna says
"Awe, you really want this date to go good." Dorcas coos
