For years, Tord had managed to hide from the other towns people. He would claim he just ran into the woods, or went back to his parents house. Any lie he could use to convince them he just wasn't around.
The werewolves he lived with were getting harder to hide from, however. As he ran through the assumably empty houses to hide, he could hear their howls. They were much closer to town than normal... Weren't they worried about their pets panicking?
Tord slipped through Tom's unlocked door, tugging his hoodie over his ears.
