I would like to start by thanking my brother (who is as kind as he is annoying) for goading me just the right amount which prompted me into writing this book and my parents (who are nothing like my brother) for their foresight, patience, advice and always having my back.
I am indebted to my best friends for dealing with me. I wouldn't have been able to complete the book without their constant assurance that I was doing okay.
