"I cant believe they're doing this" I say quietly

"AFTER EVERYTHING WE'VE BEEN THROUGH" I shout

"Okay I know you're upset but don't yell at me" Emily said

I put my hand on my head "I know Em I'm sorry you're being a good friend and i'm yelling at you"

"It's okay Y/n really I know how hard today must be"

"I'm sorry Emily but you don't you have no idea what it's like to watch the love of you're life marry someone else"

Emily goes to speak but I don't let her.

"Nonetheless the person they reassured you continuously you didn't have to worry about"

"I'm sorry Y/n"

"And to make matter so much better they have the nerve to get married where Spencer and I were planning on getting married"

Emily mouth drops open in shock.

"Really?"

"Yes"

"I wasn't ready for marriage and Spencer knew that but I guess I wasn't enough"

"You are enough Y/n Spencers just a dick"

"And you're her maid of honor. For all I know Spencer could've been cheating on me with her the entire time"

"No Y/n he wouldn't do that"

"I wouldn't be so sure"

"Why do you think they got together anyway" Emily asks

"Honestly one for the money and two for the show. Everyone will be paying attention to them" I replied

"I cant believe he didn't wait for me" I start rambling again

"I-" Emily tries to speak again but I'm too lost in my thoughts to care

"You know what I heard JJ say Emily"

She shook her head

"JJ said that I would've made such a 'lovely bride' but it was a shame I was so 'fucked in the head' WHO SAYS STUFF LIKE THAT"

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell again"

"It's perfectly fine but she really said that" Emily says in disbelief

I nod

"Oh Y/n I'm so sorry" Emily says and she pulls me into a hug

"She told me that 'I'd find the real thing instead'"

"Why don't we do something to take your mind off of it"

"Like what" I ask

"I can think of a few things" Emily smirks

"I like the way you think Emily Prentiss but don't you have to go" I question

"No she doesnt deserve to have me as her maid of honor"

"Then what are we waiting for"

I grab Emily's hand and we head for my car.
