"Six months until the wedding," Katherine paced around the living room, "No big deal," she rubbed her hand across her forehead.

"Pimiento sit down," I tried to calm her down, "don't freak out."

"I'm not freaking out, I'm fine."

She came and sat down on the couch next to me. She grabbed her checklist and ran her finger over it.

"So we're going cake testing tomorrow," she said, "and then we have to pick what we want the cake to look like. But of course, I already know."

She flipped to another page in her notebook and started sketching a massive, castle cake.

"This is what we're getting."

"I know what you want," I smiled and rubbed her back.

"It's going to be expensive. Very expensive. But I don't mind."

"How expensive?"

"Like... $5,000."

"$5,000?!"

"Yes," she laughed, "but it's worth it."

"It's okay," I laughed, "I'm not worried about prices."

"Good."

-

"I really like the chocolate one," Katherine said as we contemplated cake flavors.

"Of course you do," I chuckled, "I like it too though."

"I'm thinking we do half and half. Half chocolate half vanilla."

"That sounds good."

"What about the frosting?" The lady at the cake tasting place asked.

"Hmmmm," Katherine looked at the frosting options.

"I thought the chocolate buttercream was good," I said.

"Yes! And we can all do regular vanilla buttercream."

"Perfect!" The lady smiled, "We'll take care of everything for you."

"Thank you so much," Katherine said as we left.

"Have you written your vows yet?" She asked me.

"I have."

"You finished?"

"Yeah."

"Oh. I haven't yet."

"That's okay. We've got plenty of time."

I buckled Katherine into the passenger seat.

"You don't have to do that every time," she laughed, "I feel like a baby."

"I'm sorry," I laughed, "I just want to."

I bent down to kiss her. As I backed away she pulled me in again and kissed me.

She let go, "I'm done now," and smiled.

I smirked and climbed into the car.

"So we need to talk about our honeymoon," she said.

"I've got it all planned out. It's a surprise."

"Oh," she smirked, "I can't wait."

"Trust me, you're going to love it."

-

"Liam says he might break up with Lily to be with Poppy," Katherine stroked my arm as we laid in bed.

I rolled my eyes, "Why?"

"Poppy's still my friend Louis. She's just a bitch sometimes."

"I can't get over what she said to you."
