It was finally December and I struggled to find Louis a present.

Celene and I drove around L.A., looking for places to shop.

"We need to stop and pick up Louis' guitar," I said.

"You got him a guitar?"

"Yeah, I customized it. I ordered it like five months ago and it's finally ready."

"Is that for his birthday?"

"Yeah, but I have to get him something else for Christmas too."

"You don't have to."

"I want to though. I wanna give him more presents than that. You know I like giving an abundance of gifts to people," I laughed.

"Oh I know," she smiled, "You're too generous."

"I can't help it. I like giving gifts more than receiving," I pulled into the parking lot of a music store.

"Hey John!" I said as we walked in. John came over and gave me a hug.

"Katherine! It's been a minute. You here for the guitar?" He said.

"Yeah. I can't wait to see it."

"It's gorgeous."

"What does it look like?" Celene asked.

"You'll see," I smirked and John went to the back to grab the guitar.

He brought it out in a large, black case. He laid it down on the counter and popped it open. In the case lay a gorgeous, black, electric guitar with an intricate wave design that I made myself.

"Wow," Chanel said when she saw it, "It's beautiful. You designed this."

I nodded, "I hope he likes it."

"He's gonna love it. I love it."

"Thank you so much John," I smiled at him.

"My pleasure."

"I guess we better be on our way. See you soon!" I grabbed the guitar and we left.

"What else are you gonna get him?" Chanel asked as we got in the car.

"I don't know yet. What do you think?"

"Don't ask me. You know him better than I do."

"I know, but he's so hard to buy for."

"It's always hard to buy for your significant other."

"What do you think he's gonna get for me?" I got excited, "Has he told you? I bet he told you. What is it?"

"Oh my god calm down," she laughed, "He did tell me and I'm definitely not telling you. But trust me, you'll love it."

"Ooh I can't wait! Is it for my birthday or Christmas?"

"He has something for both, but you'll like the birthday one even more."

After I dropped Celene off, I headed home.

When I opened the door, I stuck my head in, "Louis? Where are you?"

"I'm in the living room love!" He shouted back.

"Okay stay there. I don't want you to see what I got."

I walked in and shut the door behind me. I quickly jogged passed the living room and freaked out trying to find a place to hide his gift. I jumped around, searching and searching until I noticed my pantry which was usually empty. I decided to fit the guitar in there, knowing Louis would never find it.
