A morning in the hospital wasn't warm or something anyone would want to experience.

It was 8 in the morning and the hospital corridors couldn't look any busier. Doctors in their white coats, making their way to the particular patients they had to attend, nurses getting all the pills stacked up in the trollies and calls could be heard continuously in the reception of this huge hospital.

In between all this, Jungkook found his way to the reception and tried to check for an empty corner which looked comparatively lighter.

Earlier today, around an hour ago, the doctor had allowed Eunjae to get discharged from the hospital. Irrespective of last night's sudden blacking out, the doctor still said that it will be safe but only condition being that she shouldn't handle stress and a bed rest for a few days could help.

So Eunjae, being as bossy and childish as she could, just wants to go home, being discharged away.

So here he is, to get the documents ready and make the payments and all kinds of other formalities that needs to be done.

After a few moments, all the procedures were completed and her discharge papers were ready.

As Jungkook was on his way back, a familiar figure caught his attention and he couldn't help but immediately make his way towards her.

She was on her phone earlier but as soon as she keeps it back, she sees him as well. A small smile radiated on her lips as he approached her.

"Hey.." Natsumi said.

"Hi.. I didn't get the opportunity to say it yesterday but.. thanks." He sighs.

"Woah woah! Did Jeon Jungkook just said thanks.. to me?"

A generous smile grew on his face. He couldn't help but realise how long it has been since that genuine expression was carved on her face. The fact that he had been feeling somehow distant from his blossom had really been bothering him.

But feeling her presence around feels a bit different, it feels like home, feels a peace of walking along a lake with light wind flowing.

He misses her.

"Umm.. last night.. you were there with me for an hour atleast and I didn't even bother to give attention-"

"You were worried, Kookie.. it's fine. I just had a night shift yesterday so it wasn't a big of a problem.." she ensured him.
