Name:Silence
Description:The user can make a field around anything in that field no sound can come out.
Example:They make a field around somebody's head while their talking the sound of their voice would not escape the field making them silent.
Strengths:
*The user can use this for stealth to sneak up on people without them noticing
*They could make a gun or bomb completely silent
*They can have private conversations without anybody hearing
*If somebody has a quirk that requires voice or sound like Jirou or Shinsou they'd be helpless
*The user has an almost infinite range worth this ability stretching multiple miles
*It costs very little stamina to make the silent fields
Weaknesses:
*It isn't very helpful in combat
*The fields can only be a cars width and cars height
*No way of actually harming somebody directly
*If something moves out of the field they can make sound again
Special Attack:Permanent Field
The user can take away someone's voice forever by making a field that stays in place on their vocal cords it would take a lot of energy and the opponent would have to be standing still but it'd basically cripple somebody especially somebody such as Shinsou or Koda.
