Description:The user can twist any part of their body parts so fast it can make a small tornado
Strengths:
*The user can fly by twisting their legs or torso
*The user can increase their punches power by twisting their arms
*The user is immune to something like someone twisting their arm or snapping their neck
Weaknesses:
*The user can get dizzy fast from twisting their head or body
*It takes stamina to twist
*Their flight without training would be hard to manage and very erratic
Special move:Cyclone Rush
Like Kiba from Naruto the user spins their entire body into a large tornado before slamming into the opponent for maximum damage
