The user can make chains appear on any part of their body before moving at incredible speeds like a chainsaw
Strengths:
*The user can cut threw flesh and steel depending on the speed levels
*The user can use the chains on his/her feet as moving ice skates
*the user can use it as a form of armor for example if someone tried to punch them in the stomach the chains would appear and spin around making them either retract or ruin their hands
Weaknesses:
*Takes up stamina depending on the speed setting
*The blades can rust if water gets on them for to long
*The chains can break taking while to be regenerate
Special attack:Top Chain
The user makes chains appear on every part of their body spinning around acting as a spinning top of death
