Name:Liquid Path
Description:The user can travel between liquids at high speeds.
Strengths:
*The user can swim faster the average boat can move
*The user is practically invincible while it's raining
*They can travel through things like water vapor as well
*They can escape easily by going into something like the sewers or any other water system that goes through a city/town
Weaknesses:
*The user is vulnerable when they leave the liquid
*Their weak in dry areas
*They can't fight against electricity very well
Special Attack:Aqua Rush
The user using a knife or just their fist quickly jumps from liquid to liquid slashing/hitting their opponent each time at amazing speeds(The user can only use this when their around a large amount of water or it's raining)
