Description:The user can shape and move inorganic matter as long as they are touching the object
Strength:
*The user can make animals or weapons out of the material they are touching
*Shape the terrain to their advantage
*Make semi sentient creatures
*Can be used on all Liquids and Solid objects
*Amazing for long range and mid range combat
*Takes little stamina to use
Weaknesses:
*At close ranged it isn't really affective
*The user can't use it on gases of any kind
*The user also must be touching the object so if their separated from the material their controlling they won't be able to manipulate it
*Larger scale changes or transformations will take a few minutes to complete
Special Attack:Dragon Summoning
The user grabs a piece of the material they want to animate making it into a giant dragon before throwing it at the opponent at incredible speeds with devastating force but it does take at least two minutes to charge up.
