Description:The user can produce large amounts of ice and small amounts of ice with any part of their body.
Strengths:
*The user is immune to the cold
*The user can make sharp icicles or small weapons
*Make large balls of snow to either bury someone,Extinguish small fires,freeze people,blind them,and make large boulders of snow
Weakness:
*Large amounts of fire will easily melt away any creations the user can make
*Hot temperatures weaken them a lot
*It does use stamina to use
Special attack:Snow Storm
The user builds up a lot of snow above their enemy after a few minutes of charging before unleashing a barrage of large snow boulders and icicles
