Strengths
*Almost impossible to hit if they have full stamina
*Unavoidable punches and attacks
*Able to rescue people with ease thanks to its properties
Weaknesses
*Absorbs stamina at a incredibly fast rate
*Attacks that come from all directions are basically unavoidable
Special attack:Delayed Punches
Punch the target in rapid succession while time has stopped before deactivating the quirk and letting them feel the damage after a few seconds
Other
*When time freezes nobody will remember time freezing
