Description:The user can make small clouds around them that replicate the weather.
Strengths:
*The user can summon small bolts of lightning
*They can fire hail like bullets
*Use snow or water to blind someone
*They obviously have multiple options of attack and are very versatile for Rescue and combat
*They can make gusts of wind to send people flying or put out flames
Weaknesses:
*The user can only make three window size clouds at a time
*The clouds can't go to far or they disappear
*He/She uses a TON of stamina to use these abilities
*Unlike Oboro Shirakumo the clouds are not solid and provide little defense
Special Attack:Collateral Storm
The user makes their three window sized cloud to Truck sized ones firing off multiple kinds of weather attacks this will cause massive damage but afterwards the user won't be able to use their quirk for awhile.
