Bomb Maker vs Exploding Blood:Bomb making most likely since the user doesn't have the restriction of having to cut themselves or have prepared bombs they can just take rocks or any other small objects and make them bombs.
Mochi vs Power Transfer:Depends Power Transfer in a city would most likely win since they can escape into power lines and have access to an entire cities level of power while in an area with low amounts of power Mochi would absolutely destroy
Metal Head vs Exploding Blood:Metal Head has the greatest chance since it's blunt and doesn't cause much bleeding but if the user of Exploding Blood has bombs made like jars of blood or something similar they'll be able to beat Metal Head easily having more range and destructive power.
Finger Gun vs Rail Gun:Finger Gun would most likely win the barrage of bullets would probably leave the user of Railgun dead in seconds Railgun not having much defensive ability there are very little scenarios Rail Gun wins.
Reality vs Time:I know I already did this but I just wanted to say Time Stop is almost unbeatable if the user has a knife they can instantly slit the opponents throat no problem the only way Reality can beat Time Stop is if they are at a long range and fire hundreds of projectiles
