Description:The user can absorb and create Electricity to increase their physical abilities especially their speed
Strengths:
*A big increase in speed and strength that is even better then something like Full Cowl
*If close enough the user can fire off bolts of electricity
*The user is obviously immune to lightning or any other electrical attacks
Weaknesses:
*The user can only take so much electricity before they become like Kaminari when he short circuits
*The user doesn't have any range attack's so this is only close range
Special Attack:Thunder God
The user absorbs enough electricity where they become ten times stronger then they usually would with a normal power boosts being as fast as lightning and as strong as a hundred men but afterwards they'd be unable to move for a long period of time
