Name:Serpent Queen/King
Description:The user can make snakes of any species appear from different parts of their bodies including their arms and legs.
Strengths:
*The user can restrict someone's movements by making larger snakes wrap around someone's body
*They can make venomous snakes attack an opponent being able to control the poison by changing the species being able to make the dosage as strong as a black Mamba
*The user can make an almost infinite amounts of snakes it takes little stamina make a snake
*They can make their body into hundreds of snakes to avoid damage but it has a ten minute cool down
*They have good mid range and close range defense/offense
Weaknesses:
*If a snake is killed the user will take serious damage
*The user has limited long range capabilities
*The snakes can't come off of their body
*The user is weak to cold such as Todoroki's quirk limiting the use of his/her power.
Special Attack:Great Snake
The user becomes an enormous snake that's the size of a two story building for five minutes to attack their opponent but they can't use this power in the cold and after using it they can't use their quirk for a whole day.
