Name:Steal
Description:The user fires a beam from their fingers after that beams hits an object they can "Steal" one of their properties for instance they hit Todoroki's flames they lose their temperature.
Strengths:
*The user can steal somebody's weight basically allowing them to use Uraraka's weight at a distance.
*The user can steal friction making it so the ground or someone's body is as slippery as ice
*The user can steal heat so they won't be burned or frozen
*The user can use this had a range
Weaknesses:
*The beam is not very fast so it won't hit anybody who has real training.
*They can't steal something like density or height basically nothing that'd change the appearance of an object or person
*They can only steal one property at a time
*Terrible against multiple opponents
Special Attack:Plundering Beam
The user fires ten beams from their fingers at incredible speed if they hit somebody they steal two properties but afterwards the user can't use the ability for a full hour.
