Why do such awful things happen to good people?? she couldn’t keep the thought from playing through her mind like a broken record-- skipping, skipping, and playing over and over again. Why God?! What could they have possibly done to deserve or justify the loss of their father?!
But there isn’t an answer to her pleas. Because God’s ways are not her own, and all she can do is jump of the cliff into the darkness and trust he will be there to catch her.
