Dating Bryce Walker Pt.2

The ringing of the doorbell catches your attention.
You finish applying lipstick and then open the door.

"Hey!"
Bryce is smiling at you.
You're surprised because he has flowers in his hand.
"Flowers?"
"Oh, yeah, I don't know if you like flowers. I brought them just in case you know.. in case you like flowers."
The way he gets shy about it makes you giggle.
"I like them. Thank you, you didn't have to do that." You accept the flowers and follow him to his car.
"Where are we going?" You ask him.
"It's a surprise."
Bryce opens the door for you.
"Thank you."
No guy has been this nice for you.

You enter the Italian restaurant and follow Bryce to the back.
You go sit at a table, it's the most quiet and private place in the restaurant.

"Have you been here before?"
You ask him before taking a menu card.
"Yes, a lot actually."
You look up from the card.
"So you take all your dates here?" You say, keeping a serious look on your face.
"W-What?"
You can't help but laugh. "I'm joking."
He laughs and shakes his head.
"No offence but you have the worst humor." He jokes.
"You laughed though."

"That was really good." You say, walking out of the restaurant.
On your way to his car, Bryce takes your hand.
At first it feels a bit awkward but after a while it feels like this is how it's supposed to be.

"Thank you, I really had a nice evening." You say before getting out of the car.
"I'll see you at Monet's." Bryce says and winks at you.
"I can't wait." You smile and walk to your house with the flowers in your hand.
He waits to leave until you're inside.
