hanahaki - angst

less than a month ago, bakugou and kirishima started dating.

and it tore deku apart

one day when kirishima couldn't hang out with his boyfriend, bakugou invited deku to his dorm.

deku heard a knock on his door, getting up off his bed to go open it, he saw a familiar blonde.

"oh, hey kacchan" he said, smiling.

what bakugou didn't know was how fake the smile was. ever since deku was informed bakugou was dating someone else, he never felt the same. whenever he saw bakugou, all he could do was put on his best smile and suffer.

"oi, come with me to my room"

huh? kacchan..inviting me to his room?

"oh.. uh, ok?" he followed bakugou up to the 4th floor, occasionally covering his mouth from holding back coughs.

they finally arrived to his room, he just stood there awkwardly as bakugou sat on his bed.

"you just gonna stand there, nerd?" he said in a teasing way.

"ri-right!"

after maybe a hour or so of being there, deku looked over to see bakugou smiling at his phone.

he was able to silently move to glance over to see what was making him so happy

"baby 💪🏻❤️"

he felt like throwing up, getting up to rush to the bathroom, making bakugou look up to only see deku running. he threw his phone back and followed deku.

he saw petals starting to pour out of his mouth, into the toilet he was hurling into.

bakugou's eyes widened

as deku started to calm down, bakugou picked him up off the floor "what's their name deku" he growled

deku coughed "it's—it's nothing" he said weakly, wiping his mouth trying to walk away but bakugou, being stronger, stopped him.

"tell me the fuckers name, deku." he said once more

"i—i can't" be averted eye contact trying to push bakugou off of him.

bakugou growled, showing his teeth "you need the fucking surgery" he said low

"..no"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO? YOU'RE GETTING THE FUCKING SURGERY" he yelled into the smaller boy's face

"kacchan.." he was in the verge of tears, it was so painful, "i can't"

"WHY NOT?!" bakugou yelled once more, grabbing the boy's shirt collar

"i just can't.." he said solemnly

"SAY IT DEKU! SPIT IT OUT" it was so painful for him to see someone who was so special to him be in so much pain. all he could think was who couldn't love deku? he was the sweetest person he knew.

"i—i can't forget you" deku said, loosing consciousness, his world was starting to spin.

bakugou's eyes widened

it was him

he was doing this..

he was causing the pain

deku coughed once more "i'm so sorry kacchan" he said as he dropped to his knees, letting his body slowly give out

"i'm sorry"
                             "i am."
          "so sorry"

                                   "i always love y—"

         cough
                                  cough
cough

..more petals came spewing out his mouth

this is rlly bad because i haven't looked too much into hanahaki but i saw this on tumblr (© corzev-art on tumblr) and had to write it
