I haven't even been going to school for a month yet this year and I am already so done with it. I mean, half of the stuff we learn in those grey classrooms isn't even anything we are going to use in real life. In math right now, we are learning how to find the midsection of a line segment. When am I EVER going to need to do that in any job????
Honestly, I'm excited for University because I feel like the stuff you learn there is much more relevant to your career and you are able to choose all of your classes.
Anyways, ugh school is just killing me. I have so many tests and stuff this week and a play audition tomorrow and I am missing summer so much!!!!!!
There's really not much to say in this rant because I think everyone understands where I'm coming from with all this stuff.
Important to note: I understand that in many third world countries a child's greatest wish is to go to school. I recognize this completely, and I try to remind myself of this whenever I feel particularly gloomy about school, but this rant book is for me to express my anger. So don't think I take my education for granted. I really don't, I'm just sort of frustrated and stressed so :(
Well, I guess this is the end of this rant... I just wanted to update quickly because I felt so bad about how long I left you without an update before.
