We were dragged to the locker room where our coaches were. I don't know why mine was here but she was. Coach Ainsley, coach Brad, and coach Carter were here. Coach Carter is the cheer leading coach. Me, Taliya, Matt, and Blake are here. Coach Brad throws his clipboard. Hard. I jump.
"What were you thinking! Both of you are stupid enough to fight at a football game! You're lucky there were no sponsors around! This situation is an embarrassment! You embarrassed not only the school and your teams, but you embarrassed yourselves! You both will come to school tomorrow, but you will be talking to principal Gomez. "He puts his hands on his hips and looks down. He son walks out with Blake and Matt following.
Coach Ainsley speaks up. She looks down at the floor.
" Alejandra, I have nothing more to do them to kick you off of the team. These fights have gotten out of hand and it needs to stop. But until then. You can turn in your uniform and whatever equipment you borrowed tomorrow during lunch practice. "As she says that, tears start flowing down my cheeks. I don't know what I'm gunna do. I'll lose all of my scholarships now. I sure as hell can't get in academically.
" From this point until you can prove not to get into anymore fights, you are suspended off the squad. "Coach Carter tells Taliya. After that they walk out. We st in silence. I'm still silently crying.
" I'm so sorry. "
"Yea well. Shit happens right. " I say and wipe my eyes. I get up and walk out of the locker room with Taliya right beside me. Everyone is still her and they're still playing the game. We walk back to the bleachers. I grab my bag.
"Why happened? We're you crying? " I ignore their questions and give Zeke my keys.
"Don't scratch her. Make sure she gets home safe. I'm leaving with Taliya. I'll be home when you get there. " They nod and Zeke takes the keys. I go down the bleachers and walk over to taiga who is getting hr bag and some ice.
"Need ice? " She asks.
"Yea. Fit a swollen cheek, busted lip, black eye, and scratches. " She hands me some ice and grabs her bag. We walk down the track to the exit and go out to her car.
"Where we going? "
"Wherever.kust as long as I can go home and get my stuff and uniform. "
"Let's go to your aunts. I don't want to go home and I'm sure you don't either. " I shake my head.
"Let's go to my house and grab my stuff first. " She nods. I take out my phone to call Leslie but then think twice. She won't mind if I just show up. She never does.

"Ali? " Dustin asks when he answers the door.
"Can we stay here tonight? " I ask.
"What the hell happened to you two? " He also and lets us in. We go inside and drop our bags by the stairs.
"Dustin. Who's at the door? " Leslie asks and comes out of the kitchen.
"Alejandra. What happened? "I looked down.
" We got into a fight with these girls at the game. "
"Come on let's you you two cleaned up. "

After we sorted out our faces, we all sat down at tht able.
"What happened? "
"These girls wanted to fight me but I didn't want to because I'd lose everything I worked for. At the game I was asking to Taliya and she told me that they were looking for me. During halftime they came to me and tried to start a fight. I was telling them to walk away. Then one of them went to far and I started the fight. After that we had to talk to the coaches. I got kicked off of the team and she got suspended from the squad. "
"Why did she get suspended from the squad? "
"I fought the other girl. " She said.
"I went home and grabbed some stuff and we came here. "
"Taliya, why don't you go change out of that uniform so we can talk to Ali. " She nods and leaves the room.
"You promised this would stop. "
"I know, and now I'm suffering the consequences. "
"Well, I don't know what to do with you but to tell you to go to bed. " She looked at me. I nodded and went upstairs. Taliya was sitting on the bed on her phone. I went into he bathroom and changes into some shorts and a tank.



I sat across from Taliya.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have dragged you into this. Now I got you suspended from the squad. I'm really sorry. " I said. She looked p at me and smiled.
"It wasn't your fault. You didn't tell me to fight them. I did it on my own. Besides I get a lot more free time. " We snickered.
"Well we should get some sleep. We do have to go to school tomorrow. "
"I was hoping we didn't have to. " She said.
"We have to whether we like it or not. "

"Can you keep leo for a little while longer? " I ask urban as I'm doing my hair.
"How much longer? " He says. He's on speakerphone so I won't drop my phone into the sink.
"Well I have to go to school and get my suspension. Which will probably take a hour then I'll come get him. "
"Ok but any longer I bring him to you. "
"Thanks Ruben. "
"Your welcome. Have a good day. " He was and hangs up.
"Yea whatever. " I mumble. I see Taliya walk into the room. She's wearing a outfit simile to mine.

"You ready? " I ask.
"Yep. Let's go. " We go downstairs and see Dustin watching Spongebob.
"Hey guys, " He mutters.
"Don't you have to go back to campus today? "
"Yes. I don't wanna go back though."
"Why? "
"Last weekend there's was this party, this party where I got hella drunk. I humiliated myself. "
"What did you do? "
"I pissed all over myself and said I was in love with Cee Lo Green. " I tried not to laugh. Where as Taliya just burst out laughing.
"God going Dustin. " I said and patted his shoulder.
"Don't you have school? " He retorted.
"Don't you have school? "I relayed back.
" You should leave before you get into anymore trouble. "
"Yea yea whatever. " I mumbled as we grabbed our nags. We said bye and went out to the car. We got to school 15 minutes later. 5 minutes after the bell. We walk in and see the principal waiting for us in the Hall.
"In my office. " Was all he said.
