The Nividians used to belong to a very powerful and completely nonviolent planet called Keeobdomouum but split off from that planet a thousand years ago because their views differed slightly and they wanted their own separate government. Keeobdomouum is known for having the most powerful technology in the known universe. Keeobdomouum wouldn't ever allow any of the planets in their galaxy to have wars. Quigor's people, called the Nividians, moved to an entirely different galaxy and settled on a planet that they named Nividar. Here they can own highly intelligent pets like humans, which would not have been allowed before. They still believe in total peace and nonviolence, but don't have as many rules to follow as before. The planet Nividar is strongly protected and completely hidden by an impenetrable forcefield and several other security measures which do not involve killing the enemies. Any enemies are basically teleported far away via the portals and their memories are wiped clean so they don't remember attacking and they don't ever try to harm this planet again. They don't even remember that it exists.

The substance which to Margaret resembles a snowflake is carefully placed in the container. Margaret is then shown the next image. She cannot think of anything to compare this image to.

Quigor climbs back down from the flower, with frightened Margaret holding onto her owner very tightly. They enter a part of the yard which Margaret has never been in before. There are plants which have the same substance as was in the image growing on them. Margaret stares at the plants as her owner carefully stores some of the substance in the container they brought.

"Good, Margaret," Quigor says. Margaret doesn't know why she is being praised, since she hasn't done anything.

Quigor takes out their device and shows Margaret another image. Margaret doesn't have any idea what this image depicts either. She reaches out and touches the the image in order to get more information about it. It feels soft and furry. Margaret wonders if is an animal. Then her fingers slip through the furry stuff and into a gooey middle. The strange object is ice cold in the middle. Her fingers are so cold they hurt, so she quickly pulls them away and rubs her hand.

Quigor carefully puts Margaret's collar and leash on her and leads her outside of the yard. Margaret's leg seems better now and Quigor is sure she will be fine. They won't be walking too far anyway.

The pet is led to a large cluster of giant flowers as she follows her owner. There are many creatures hopping on the flowers and scurrying around in the thick fuzz beneath them. Margaret is feeling a little frightened of the creatures and she tries to hold Quigor's hand.

There are odd looking plants near a steep ledge near the flowers. Margaret is led near these plants.

In between the plants the ground is soft and squishy. Margaret goes to her owner and reaches up towards them, wanting to be picked up.

Quigor realizes the pet seems frightened and carefully picks her up.

"It's okay, Margaret," Quigor says gently, petting her softly.

Margaret calms a little. She trusts her owner.

There is a soft patch of the furry stuff in the corner. Margaret still has no idea what it is. Quigor picks it up and puts it in their container.

"Good, Margaret," Quigor tells the human gently, petting her. They return home.

Margaret is carefully set down on the fuzz in Quigor's yard. Her collar and leash are removed. (She can't get out of the yard; the forcefield is on.)

Quigor sets up a type of low framework on the lawn while Margaret watches curiously. She doesn't know what the framework is made of, but it isn't wood. (Nothing here is wood. They don't have wooden trees on this planet, only giant flowers instead, except for a special fruit tree forest of trees brought back from Earth to grow food for the pet humans. )
