Chapter 24

Wiping my eyes I turned to look at the smiling Cami.

He grinned evilly then turned off the T.V.

Angel walked in and sighed." I'm sure you have a lot of questions."

"I don't remember any of that."

Cami Sat beside me." Do you have questions?"

Should I apologize for saying I love you and moving on his. My eyes drifted to his crouch.

I'll never look at his pants the same again.

"Well." I stood slowly." I'm gonna go for a walk."

Angel stepped aside as I left the room.

I need time to think about this.

It's a good thing Cami doesn't know about my feelings for him.

If he knew he would...

Well what would he do?

He's confusing. That part where Angel was saying he liked me more then I wanted.

I guess he means the constant reminder of that happening. I hope he doesnt shove it in my face.

I know he's going to shove it in my face. I'm tired.

I put my boots on head still killing me.

"Your not really leaving are you?"

"Of course she's not."

I turned to see Cami slowly descending the stairs .

Angel followed after him.

"Go lay down. That hang over must be kicking your ass."

I stood there and sighed following his advice.

I would like to be mad but my head.

I'll never drink again. Ever.

Finals are over and the new semester begins. Cami is no longer in my lunch period and sociology class.

I wait for him at his locker when I have time but he seems busy.

The only time we talked was after school when he drove me home.

I started to get out the car.

"Wait."

I let the handle go." Yeah?"

"I've got time. My shift doesn't start until 4:30pm."

"Oh. Okay. See ya."

He grabbed my wrist." How are your classes?Other than the fact that you kept getting lost."

I shrugged. "Not all that interesting."

"How so?"

Suddenly I couldn't stop complaining. I told him every thought Id pretty much had.

He laughed." Your still feisty. Well ill pick you up tomorrow goodnight."

"Okay bye."

I got out and entered the house sighing. It's weird not to go straight to his house.

I headed for my room slowly closing the door.

Sigh.

I guess now that he works he's going to be really busy.

"Rose how was school?"

"It was fine." I yelled back. It's hard to remember what I use to do here before going to spend most of my days with Cami. And Angel. And Linda.
