Curse this creative mind of mind
All I do is think
I try to force the thoughts away
With a drink of tea

Sometimes a beer sounds good
Other times the drink of sleep
Or a coffee to reverse its effects
Of my ADHD
-
Curse this heart of mine
To compassionate for my own good
Happy endings always seem the correct route
For good, however curse this mind of mine
-
The imagination hisses and snarls.
For no true ending should be
One hundred percent fowl
-
Nor should it be a perfect ending
No happiness for me
But misery
Dear misery

Is the writers curse
On me
