When a heart aches as much as this
Is there a true purpose
Maybe it tells of the times
That are of the past
When tears want to fall
But you stand strong
And try to defend yourself
To make it seem like you’re in one piece
How long will it take
Before you break
When your timing completely breaks away
Then you’re standing in front of them all
The people you wished weren’t there
The most important
The ones who see
The ones who dare to care
Then your eyes starts to blur
Your tears escape
And your heart alerts
You run
You hide
And they stare
They know not what to do
You’re desperate
Do they know
That this whole time
You’ve acted strong
But on the inside
Your walls have fallen
