Me: what is it? what's wrong?!
my kookie: so in math.... we got new seats.
Me: yeah?
Me: who do u sit with now?
Me: wait why are you telling me this
my kookie: The problem is, I got seated with this one guy.
Me: continue
my kookie: he's my crush

I ignored the texts. My eyes were deceiving me.

Let's hope Jungkook doesn't know it's me.

I slowly shut down my phone, making sure I won't get anymore texts from Jungkook.

Even if he's sitting right next to me, I can't let my feelings show.

He's there though. I could confess. Just do it. What are you waiting for? Him? Well, he already did except he doesn't know he's actually talking to his crush. Kim Taehyung.

I sigh, and copy down the notes from the board. I can feel Jungkook staring at me, but I wouldn't dare turn to him. Instead, I just continue writing down the notes.

But why am I so freaked out? He just confessed his feelings for you? It would make sense to say the same back.

But why can't I?

Jungkook POV

Why did he leave me on read?

I feel nervous, praying and hoping Taehyung didn't see me write out the text. I have planned out on how I am going to confess.

I messed it up, since I wanted to confess on Valentine's Day, but I chickened out.

My school does these singing telegrams, but I didn't get one for Taehyung. I should have, he would have been impressed and we could be together right now. But we aren't.

I turn to see Taehyung breathing heavy, copying the notes down fast and messy.

Is he stressed?

I shrug, but I continue staring at Taehyung. His hair is beautiful, his eyes are a nice brown, and his lips, perfectly parted. I smile at him, admiring his beauty. He looks me and we make eye contact for what seemed like an eternity.

He opens his mouth as if he's about to speak, but I put my finger up to my lips.

"Careful," I say quietly, "Don't want to get in trouble, do we?" I smile. And he nods and turns back to his notes. I see him take a deep breath in and out.

Finally, he calms down. For a split second, I set my hand down in between our iPads. To my luck, he also sets his hand down.

Taehyung jumped, and tried to take his hand away. My eyes went wide, and I turned the opposite direction, avoiding eye contact.

Should I apologize?

"Hey, Jungkook..."
"Yes?"
"Sorry about that...."
"It's fine. Don't worry."

It was great.
