22. Monsters

Genji walks into the building as awkwardness followed. Eyes from the other members were glued onto the cyborg ninja. Angela broke the silence with a slap to Genji's face. The cyborg didn't say a word. A red hand print appeared on the side of his cheek.

"What..is...wrong with you?" Angela asked him.

Genji did not say a word. The female doctor clenched her fist. "Now...I must take care of your problem..." Angela walked past him and went outside to heal the man that was injured. Meanwhile, Hana was trying to stop the bleeding. But then the angel arrived and took care of the problem.

The crowd went silent. They all watched Angela heal the man. Whispers roamed through the mob as Angela healed the man's wounds.

Once she finished, she stood up. "You're welcome.."

The man was frozen with fear. Suddenly, someone in the crowd yelled out. "MONSTERS! THEY ARE ALL FREAKS!"

Angela and Hana's eyes widened. The two were shocked from what was said after what they did to help the man. Hana sighed and spoke, "we are no monsters or freaks. We are a group of highly intelligent people who want to protect the innocent."

"LIES! YOU ALL ARE FREAKS!"

The words began to pierce into Hana's heart.

Angela lowered her head and said no more. She grabbed Hana by the hand and led her back into HQ. From behind, the crowd yelled out disgusting names towards the two.

"MONSTERS!"

"FREAKS!"

That day, Overwatch was never the same.
