Just getting home from work, I went right upstairs to go take off my uniform and to take a well needed shower. About 15 minutes later, I got out and dried off my body and my hair to straighten it out like it was previously.

I looked over from doing my hair to my phone, seeing the new message notification appearing on my screen. Since I was in the middle of something, I ended up ignoring the text to keep straightening out my hair again. 10 more minutes went by and I turned off the curlers and took my phone back into my bedroom with me.
Now I was putting on a bra and some fresh new underwear, followed by a "Too Cool for School" t-shit and some floral boy shorts to mitch match. Finally I checked the message from an unknown number and didn't think twice about it.
Unknown#: hey. Is this Melanie?
Me: yes. Who r u?
Unknown#: A person who likes u😶
Me: o ok. N u r?
Unknown#: Carlos. From the block
Me: oh. How did u get my number?
Unknown#: roy gave it to me
Me: 😐 yall friends?
Unknown#: no comment lol. I just heard him talking ish about you

Unknown#: that ur ugly, boring and he rejected u bc of it. Then he showed us ya pic and I though you were cute so I asked 4 ya num
