Chapter 44 ♪ Something in The Way You Move

"My schedule is fucking insane." Chris complained later that evening.

Audrina's head laid on his lap and he stroked her hair while she watched Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows on TV. 

"What do you mean?"

"Well, in just a few days we're flying to LA for a music video. It's a surprise so the fans don't know about it. Then we're going to Australia for five days and back to the States to start a tour," Chris sighed. "but I want you there with me, babe."

Audrina didn't know what to say. A trip to LA then out of the States with Motionless in White, that was a big deal. Chris' fingers slid through her hair slowly, causing her eyelids to fall closed. 

"Would the guys be okay with me coming along?"

"I'm sure," answered Chris. "but I do want to tell you that Gaia will be in the music video."

That bothered her, maybe too much but she was great at hiding it. Too great. She didn't want to overreact, even though her mind raced with thoughts left and right.

"Will I be in it too?"

Chris chuckled.

"Of course, babygirl."

"Good, because there's been a lot of your girlfriends in music videos. It's my turn."

"Hey, not all of my girlfriends. Thank you very much."

Audrina opened an eye to look at him.

"The majority of them."

"Okay maybe but I write a lot of fucking songs about you and I!"

"Bad songs that makes me sound terrible!" she exclaimed. 

"Eternally Yours doesn't make you sound terrible," he spat and silence fell over them momentarily. Her attention was back to Harry Potter. "I'm ready to bury all of my bones. I'm ready to lie but say I won't, so tell me your secrets and join me in pieces to rot in this garden made of stones. I'm ready to bleed to make amends and sleep in this dirt we call our bed. So tell me your secrets and join me in pieces to fall and rewrite the bitter end," Audrina looked up at him while he sang. "Eternally Yours, Audrina..."

She smiled softly. 

"I'm more than willing to rot in hell with you, Chris."

"I do not want to get in if there's people, Chris."

Chris opened the door to the indoor pool and hot tub to see it was completely empty.

"It's just us, baby."

She smiled and followed Chris in. It was two in the morning when Chris had the idea to go late night swimming. Audrina wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to see him in swimming shorts and wet. Obviously, he wanted to see her in a bikini...

"I bet the pool is cold."

The pool was a large square shape and looked pretty deep, the deepest was six feet. Chris laid down the towels and snuck up behind her before pushing her in without warning. She screamed before splashing into the water, and came back to the surface seconds later.

"I hate you!"

"Is it cold?" he asked with a chuckle.

"No, like bath water... but you didn't have to push me, you're such an ass!"

Chris rolled his eyes then dived in, creating a huge splash. He came back up seconds later and swam towards her.

"At least you can swim. I wouldn't have otherwise."

She wanted to stay mad at him but couldn't. They raced each other to see who was the fastest swimmer; Audrina won... cheated a bit. but won. They had a splash war and Chris won, and then they jumped into the pool multiple times until they were exhausted. Audrina suggested they sit in the hot tub. The water was hot and the jets felt good against her back. She was beyond relaxed and enjoying every moment and not wanting the night to end. She felt his hands grabbing her legs, wrapping them around his waist and pulling her close. Her eyes opened to see his face and that look in his eyes. The lust...

"There's something about you being completely wet that turns me on, babe."

His voice was low and deep; seducing her effortlessly.

"How much, Chris?"

He took that as an invitation to show her, and he was going to do just that.
