and here i am
lying on the ground
looking into your eyes
while you look into mine
not saying any words
just listening to the sounds
for there's so many things
going on all around
it's comfortable silence
one not everyone achieves
silent together
metaphorically in your arms
we're stupid but smart
sharing out laughs
saying all these things
that'll soon be in the past
no matter how hot outside
or whatever i eat
it'll always be your warmth
boiling inside of me
a vibe you give out
something everyone needs
you're the real sunshine
please shine on me
i could speak with you till the end
everything and nothing
forever and always
past, future, present
there's something about you
i'd hope more people saw
you're not just beautiful intelligence
my, you're so much more
your smile blinds me
in the way i like to feel pain
for if i didn't feel hurt
i wouldn't believe you exist
yet here you are, smiling
though you don't always have to be
if you're ever unhappy
come along and tell me
don't forget about me
but also let yourself be cherished
i'm that stupid one with the song
they're never going to finish
