Relationships FAIL without communication its a KNOWN FACT. If you are wanting more than a friendship with him you need to make sure that you guys will be able to communicate. You have to get to know someone in order to be with them, and you can't get to know him if he doesn't talk. He just may be naturally reserved man. On the other hand it could be something deeper than that, he may have been hurt or have wall up for whatever reason. I would say if you guys get along good just try and explain to him how you feel and that you like him and you want to get to know him but he is not letting you in. I would Find out how he feels about it.
