I received a call from Penny Grimm – the Hunter I met at the Buntings and surprisingly, she told me where I can find Elise. I phoned her after I left the old offices, since Elise’s Mum had told me how they like to gossip I thought she might know something. She didn’t then, but she does now. Her Dad took dropped her off at one of those underground hide outs. They had just returned to town since her Dad was looking into a witch who was suspected of taking some human children and while he went off to do business, he left her there for safekeeping.
And guess who turned up? Elise, complete with her Hunter and Slayer friend still holding her hostage.
I’ve never been to an underground before, mainly because I didn’t know where they were. Sometimes our kind need to go off the radar, like Jordan and these fae guarded tunnels offer a perfect short term hiding place. They are kept quiet and not commonly shared to avoid them becoming discovered, which is why this is all I’m saying on the matter.
