When Michael finally woke up, he was in the headspace of nine months and not able to get out of it. Of course being in his headspace, he didn't really notice a difference. He felt the wetness of his nappy and began to cry. Luke came to the room and rushed Michael's crib. As soon as Michael saw Luke he smiled and began to laugh. "Silly baby" Luke said smiling as he reached down to tickle Michael's tummy. Mikey laughed until he wet himself again. This time though, his diaper could not hold everything and it leaked through his onesie. Once Michael felt the wet spot he began to cry. Luke quickly picked up his baby and gave him his dummy. Even though Michael was still crying, Luke quickly worked to change his nappy and put footie pyjamas on him since he knew it was going to be that kind of day. Once Michael was completely dressed he began to laugh and clap again. Luke chuckled at his baby wondering what was causing the sudden mood swings. He guessed Mikey was probably hungry and went to make him a bottle. As soon as Luke stood up though, Michael began to scream and cry. Luke continued to quickly prepare the bottle for Michael to drink. As soon as Luke began to feed Mikey he was smiling happily again. "What is up with you baby?" Luke asked out loud not expecting a response since the boy was about nine or ten months old. He looked at his baby carefully and saw sweat running down his face. He felt Michael's forehead ands he felt extremely hot. Luke walked to his mums room quickly, Michael still in his arms drinking his milk as if nothing was going on. "Mum feel Michael he's burning up" Liz did as her son told her and he was correct. Michael felt as though he had a fever. Liz pulled out the ear thermometer and took Michael's temperature. 39 degrees Celsius. Definitely a fever. Luke was quick to take Michael to a specialist for Ageplay relationships. Sure the clinic was half an hour away but Michael was not able to get out of his headspace. Michael fell asleep on the first five minutes there. The drive went by fairly quickly and Luke rushed his baby in. Since Michael was already registered in this clinic before, there was no need to fill out any papers. Soon enough Michael's name was called out. Luke carried his baby into the room where Dr. Styles awaited them. "Hello Luke" Dr. Styles said to his good friend. "Hey Harry, How's Louis?" Luke said questioning him on his own little. "He's good thanks for asking. What seems to be the problem?" "Oh well Michael has a fever today and I just wanted to make sure it's not anything too serious." "Alright well lets have a look." Harry checked Michael and came to the conclusion that he had and an ear infection. Luke and Harry conversed for a bit more and Luke thought it would be a good time to ask about Michael's trouble getting out of headspace today. "It's normal sometimes but if he still can't get out of it after he's sick or if it's reoccurring bring him back." "Alright thanks Harry! Lets plan a day to visit, I'm sure Mikey would love Louis." Harry nodded and they said their goodbyes. The pair drove home stopping at the pharmacy on their way. Luke felt better knowing what was wrong with his baby but he knew the next few days could be rough with Mikey being sick. Luke shook those thoughts away and thought about all the positive things and how much he adores his baby
