"Michael you mustn't tell anyone, okay?" The mother leans down to get on eye level with her son.
"But why Mummy?" He asks.
"People might be scared if you tell them." She smiles at her 5 year old son.
"But my friends aren't scary." Michael starts to get confused.
"Some people don't know that though. So only tell the doctor and me, okay?" Michael's mother asks him and he nods.
"Okay, Mummy. But my friends will be sad."
