You are so blind

To the things around you

You don’t see that your parents love you

Maybe you don’t want to

You enjoy self-pity

It draws in more attention

Makes people feel sorry for you

You don’t see that our friendship is breaking

I think I’ve dropped double hints

And either you really don’t see them

Or you’re ignoring them purposefully

Either way

You need to drop the act

And look around you

At what you do to other peoples

Think before you act or speak

And how it will affect other people

Open your eyes

And see the mess you’ve made
