Little Big

I’ve always loved simple

From the clothes I wear

To the products I use

Fancy is not my style

I’m uncomfortable with designer brands

And expensive items

Perhaps it is because I was raised aware of money

And how much it was worth

I’ve always loved little

From the mini dioramas at museums

To the bonsai trees I raise

Big is not my way

Big houses make me feel small

As well as a crowded room

Perhaps it is because I was accepted by few

As I grew

I have found that the

Number one

Reason why

I adore little children so much

(despite the trouble they cause)

Is because

They don’t make me feel small

Or too big, either

They accept me for me

And don’t think twice of it
