Victoria stifled a yawn as she snuggled up closer to the warm body next to her. She could feel the soft beating of the heart underneath her fingertips, for a moment everything was right with her world until she opened her eyes. Victoria's eyes stretched as she stared at Dante's full lips, she jumped when she felt his hand stretch against the small of her back. Untangling her legs from his she stumbled out of the bed as she clutched at her shirt as it started to fall off. Victoria patted herself down grateful to feel that she still had her clothes on.

"Relax nothing happened." Dante mumbled as he turned onto his stomach stretching out across the bed.

"I know that, I would have to be out of my mind to sleep with you." Victoria spat as she raked her fingers through her hair.

"It's a good thing I wouldn't want you to become addicted to me."

Victoria started to roll her eyes but the sharp pain that slapped her in the center of her forehead stopped her.

"I need to get out of here." She mumbled as she stumbled towards the bathroom and slammed the door against her better judgment. She let out a groan as the ringing in her ears intensified.

"Damn girl you look like shit." She said as she poked at the dark circle under her right eye. Her mascara and eyeliner ran out to the corners of her eyes completing the raccoon look she had going on. She turned on the sink and scrubbed her face clean with the hotel soap, which surprisingly did a better job removing her make-up than the thirty dollar remover she usually used. Victoria cracked open the complimentary mouth-wash just as Dante banged on the door.

"What!" she yelled, her eyes crossed as the sharp echo of her voice assaulted her ears.

You really aren't thinking this morning.

"How long are you gonna be I gotta piss."

"That is not my problem." She said as she tossed back the bottle of mouth-wash into her mouth and flicked on the water as she gargled so she couldn't hear what Dante was saying. Once she was finished, she opened the door to find Dante ready to pick the lock.

"I knew you were a criminal." She said with a laugh as Dante pushed her out of the way and slammed the door behind him.

When Dante walked out of the bathroom, Victoria tossed a pillow at him.

"What took you so long, where are my freaking shoes?"

"I know your mother taught you how to use your words," He said as he tossed the pillow back at her hitting her right in the face. "As you can see by this lovely towel wrapped around my manly hips I decided to shower instead of walking around with a dirt cloud like someone I know."

Victoria was about to hit him again with the pillow when Dante pulled her shoes out from the closet. Her neck craned as she watched the muscles in his arm contract.

"Here are your shoes; I got tired of tripping over them going to the bathroom last night." He said as he handed them over.

"Thanks." She said snatching them out of his hands.

Asshole. She thought as she rolled her eyes at him.

"I also found this last night." Dante said as he picked up a key card from the nightstand.  "You must have had it in your pocket."

"Why didn't you check last night I could have been sleeping comfortably in my bed instead of being touched by you all night."

"Yeah right like you have let me dug into your pockets and live," he said as he entered her personal space and looked down at her "Trust me sweetheart if I spent the night touching you, you wouldn't be so eager to leave right now." He said as he backed her up against the wall. Victoria looked at the wall as she tried to figure out how the hell she got from the middle of the room to being trapped in a corner with Dante before her who for some reason seemed very appealing at the moment.  Victoria's eyes glued onto Dante's lips and wondered if they felt as soft as they looked.
