Tips to Becoming a Happier Person

Do you ever feel randomly depressed? Do you grow upset over little things? Does your frown show more than your smile?

If you answered a yes to any of those questions or know of someone who could relate, please check out my tips and tricks to becoming a happier person!

1. Laugh. Laughing is so healthy and good for you. A good laugh will take you a long way and brighten your day up a bit.

2. Point at all the highlights in your day. No matter what is going on, there has to be a highlight to your day. Pick it out ahead of time so you can look forward to it with a smile on your face!

3. Don't wear depressing clothes or makeup. Trust me, it will only darken the mood.

4. Remember what Jesus did for you. That ought to crack a smile!

5. Keep a happy song playing in your head. This works for sure! I remember the song Something Big by Shawn Mendes, my bæ, to stay upbeat and happy
