"You have to tell dad," pamimilit niya sa kapatid.

"I'm scared ate," he replied.

Kakarating pa lamang ng daddy nila galing sa byahe nito overseas. Hawak-hawak niya ang kamay ng kapatid at sabay silang nagpunta sa kwarto ng mga magulang.

"Dad'll hate me," malungkot nitong sabi sa kanya.

Tumango ito at hinigpitan ang kapit sa kamay niya.

They entered the room without even knocking. Nakita nila ang mga magulang na magkayakap sa tapat ng isa nilang cabinet. Namimili kase ng damit ang mommy nila habang nakayakap naman dito ang daddy nila at hinahalik-halikan ito.

Tumikhim ang dalaga.

"Mommy, daddy... Dyma has something to tell you," she announced.

Humarap sa kanila ang mga magulang. Nakangiti ang mommy nila sa kanila while their dad was hugging her from behind.

"Yes baby?" her mom asked Dyma.

Nakita niyang tumungo ang kapatid at nangingilid na ang luha.

"M-Mom... d-dad..."

"Nakabuntis po si Dyma," singit niya. Nawalan ng kulay ang mukha ng mommy nya.

"No way!"

Gusto niyang matawa sa reaction nito but she stopped herself.

"M-Ma... that's not it!" tutol ng kapatid niya.

"What is it then? Let's not play pranks on your mother Dama," their dad reprimanded.

"I'm pretty sure you'll like what I said better," sagot niya sa ama.

"So joke lang yun?!" iritadong tanong ng mommy nila.

"Yes ma... the truth is..."

Huminga si Dyma ng malalim. She gripped her brother's hand and nodded at him.

"Whatever happens noob, I'm here for you."

Dyma smiled bitterly at her at saka ito humugot ng malalim na hininga. Then he looked at his parents and prayed that whatever happens... they would still love him...

"I'm gay."
