LEA

"Ano ka ba, Lea. Six years na rin 'yon. Matagal na rin. Tsaka do this for your daughter," Dawn narrated and drank her coffee.

I shook my head and answered, "Okay naman, eh. Kahit hindi na kami katulad ng dati. Na hindi na kami gano'n ni Aga. Ang importante lang naman sa akin, si Athena."

"Itutuloy mo ba 'yong annulment?" tanong ni Vice sa akin kaya dumako ang tingin sa akin ni Dawn, hoping for a good answer.

I smirked at them and replied, "May dahilan naman ako para ituloy ko, 'di ba?"

"Actually, babes, my plan is we'll be going to New York next week with Athena an-" hindi ko na natuloy 'yong sasabihin ko no'ng napansin kong hindi nakikinig sa akin si Aga. He was busy with his phone.

"What are you doing? Nakikinig ka ba?" tanong ko saka pinilit sinilip ang pag-tipa niya sa teleponong hindi niya mabitawan kanina pa.

He looked at me smiled, "Yeah. Continue."

I shrugged at his action and was about to continue my story when he went back to his phone again.

"Give me back my phone, Lea," he warned me as he tried to take the phone away from my hand.

This is one thing you should not do around when I am talking, he knows this. When I talk, I want everyone's eyes focusing on me and my words, I'm jealous, you know?

"What makes you busy, Aga?"

"Give me back my phone."

No'ng inakma kong buksan para tignan ang ginagawa niya, he was too quick to take it away from me making me jolt.

"What the hell," I cursed and stood up from the bed.

"Ano bang problema mo?" he sternly asked me and put his phone inside his pocket.

"Are you hiding something from me, Aga?"

I heard him cuss under his breath as he scratched the back of his neck. I knew from that moment that he is trying to control his temper, "Anong issue na naman ba 'to, Lea?"

"Tinatanong kita, Aga. May tinatago ka ba? Lagi ka na lang ganyan. Tuwing kinakausap kita, sa phone ka nakatutok. Ano bang meron sa phone mo? Ano bang pinagkakabusyhan mo?"

"Pinaghihinalaan mo ba ako, Lea?" he asked again, his dark eyes darting on mine.

"I am asking you. Ano bang tinatago mo?"

"Are we going to fight over this?"

"Aren't we fighting yet?" I roared back in annoyance.

Alam mong guilty ang isang tao kapag nagalit siya sa'yo pabalik imbis na mag-explain. And I am not stupid not to feel he's doing something behind my back.

He was about to answer me back when someone opened the door of our room. It was our 10-year old daughter, Athena.

"Mommy? Daddy? Is everything okay?" she asked and quickly encircled her arms around my waist.

Aga just gave me a look. I kneeled down para mapantayan ko si Athena, "Yes, baby. May pinaguusapan lang kami ni daddy. Why are you still awake?"

"I heard the two of you screaming," she softly answered, fear evident on her voice.

Madadamay pa ba pati 'tong bata? Ano ba kasing mali kay Aga? Sa akin na naman ba may problema?
